The branch line thru German Valley needed to be relocated to provide room for the new town of Walker. This shows the changes in GV. No changes to the industries in this town.

Walker, the new town on the mainline. This is how I laid out all my towns. Put track down and check clearances and visualize operations. This arrangement is also typical of the towns in the modeled area.

This is how Walker ended up. There will be stock pens and a butter factory added for industries. These industries did exist in the real town of Walker, Iowa

The original mainline when through the backdrop at this point and into staging. The line to the left was the tail of the wye, it is now the mainline. As can be seen where the unpainted foam is, other tracks of been rearranged and some removed. These changes have added about 40 feet and one town to the mainline run.
